About Blaine Boles:

Blaine Boles is an associate attorney with London & Amburn. His primary areas of focus are in health care related transactions and corporate governance, including issues related to contracts, mergers and acquisitions, trusts, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining London & Amburn, Blaine worked as an Attorney Advisor with the United States Small Business Administration in the Office of Capital Access. Blaine also worked as a Contract Specialist for Aleut Federal, where he administered contracts for the Construction Services Group.  Blaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from East Tennessee State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona.

Blaine is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association since 2021. Blaine is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, and the D.C.-based Washington Bar Association.
