About Nicole Gross:
Nicole Gross is an associate at London Amburn. Her primary areas of focus are on matters related to employment law, medical malpractice, health law, commercial litigation and general litigation. She joined the firm in 2022.
Ms. Gross began her career as a designer working as a commercial space planner for a company servicing hospitals, schools, and governmental entities in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. areas. After several years as a designer, she decided to pursue a career in the legal field, something that has always been of interest to her. Following graduation from the University of Kentucky College of Law, Ms. Gross began her legal career clerking for Judges Jensen and Evans in the Twenty-Seventh Judicial Circuit Court in Knox and Laurel County, Kentucky. Following her clerkship, she began practicing in Lexington, Kentucky as a civil defense litigator. She represented clients in a wide range of civil matters including insurance defense and commercial litigation. From there, she moved to Northern Virginia, where she began practicing at a high-volume civil litigation defense firm handling insurance defense actions, personal injury and property damage matters, premises liability, employment law cases, and the defense of local governments, governmental entities and their employees.
At London Amburn, she has further defined her practice and provides counsel on complex litigation matters related to employment law and healthcare defense. Her clients include individual providers, physician groups and physician-owned insurance providers. She enjoys the complex, dynamic nature of health and employment law and the intellectual challenges these cases present.
She and her husband and daughter live in Knoxville with their labradoodle. She enjoys tennis, yoga, hiking, reading, and most importantly spending time with her family and friends.
