About Scott Durham:
Scott Durham is a shareholder at London Amburn. His clients include individual physicians, physician groups and corporations involved in complex matters, including corporate and business law, transportation, asbestos defense and products liability defense. His primary area of focus is medical malpractice defense.

Mr. Durham represents individual physicians, physician groups and managed care companies as well as global electrical and infrastructure manufacturers. He places particular emphasis on preparing expert witnesses for testimony in both his healthcare and products liability defense cases. He has secured dismissals on over 200 asbestos claims over the past decade for his industrial clients. 

Mr. Durham first began working at London Amburn as a runner while an undergraduate at the University of Tennessee. He later clerked at the firm and joined as an associate when he graduated law school. He places a great degree of importance in the firm’s team approach to client representation. He chairs its asbestos litigation practice group and is an integral driver in ensuring the firm and its members are as technologically proficient as possible. 

Mr. Durham is a competitive marksman. He and his wife have three children. They live in Knoxville with their dogs.
